Overview

Soldier's Return - A Tribute to Heroes, originated with a discussion on the Ulster Bands Forum in November 2008 following the massive homecoming parade in Belfast for the Royal Irish Regiment. It was felt that the Marching Band Movement, that has had many of its members in the Armed Forces both in the past and at present, should demonstrate its support for our troops, and as such this project came about. This recording is a symbol of the strength of support within our community for our Soldiers, of whom we have an immense pride. All proceeds will be donated to the Royal Irish Regiment Benevolent Fund.
